Tresor.211: Juan Atkins aka Cybotron/Model 500 – rerelease of early classic tracks Alleys of Your Mind & Off To Battle – OUT NOW

The legendary techno founder is due to release his first album on Tresor since 1998. Working with Tresor artist Pacou in Berlin in 2004, Atkins has composed some slick, symmetrical music for the modern techno listener. The times have changed and Juan has expressed some lucid yet complex music that all the while retain his full-fledged Detroit roots.

This full-length album will also feature a Pacou remix and precedes the release of Tresor.216: Juan Atkins – Metroplex – 1985-2005, an anthology of Juan Atkins’ music throughout his historic career. Keep checking our website for further updates and news about these two important releases.

To wet your appetite, Tresor releases now the legendary classics “Alleys of Your Mind” (originally recorded in 1981) and “Off To Battle (originally recorded in 1986) by Atkins’ aliases Cybotron and Model 500.
