Glitch Techno
Aesthetic based in the use of the failures and digital detritus. This attitude started originally in the 50's by the hand of composers such as JOHN CAGE and Oskar Fischinger. During the late 90's Glitch was recovered by electronic artists like PAN SONIC, OVAL, NOTO,and TAYLOR DEUPREE.
KIM CASCONE is one of the most important explorers of this sound aesthetic, having produced numerous works, given conferences, and written reviews on Glitch.
In Spain there is a small collective of artists creted in 2002 year called Glitch supporting this aesthetic and exploring the boundaries of digital software like Max/Msp.
